A spicy, sweet, smokey keto dry rub for beef. This is my standard dry rub I use for beef when I am smoking it. It is a little spicy, and somewhat sweet. I find that most dry rubs have a lot of sugar in them, and a lot of salt. I use a brown sugar substitute, thus making it keto friendly.
This recipe has no salt in it either. I salt my beef a day or two beforehand, and then use the dry rub before cooking it. By leaving the salt out of the rub, I can control how salty the finished beef is.
If you are not pre-salting your beef, add one part salt to four parts Keto Dry Rub For Beef and mix thoroughly.
