A rough guide on making a Pastrami sandwich. Lots of work, and lots of time, but worth every minute. I enjoy smoked meat, I also enjoy corned beef, and if you put them together, you end up with pastrami. I enjoy a good pastrami sandwich on caraway rye bread, with a nice bold deli mustard. This recipe is a lot of work, a lot of time, but produces a great sandwich.
A spicy, sweet, smokey salt free beef dry rub. This is my standard dry rub I use for beef when I am smoking it. It is a little spicy, and somewhat sweet. Low sodium, sugar and salt free beef dry rub. Great for smoked beef ribs, smoked brisket, or steak.
