This is a recipe for spicy Korean BBQ short ribs. These aren't the typical ribs you will get at a Korean BBQ restaurant, but a spicier variation. Easy to prepare, and quick to cook. Always a crowd pleaser.
Korean style flank steak with a gochujang marinade. A spicy, sweet, savoury dish. Easy to make, and great tasting.
Vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic! And in a one pot dish that is easy to cook, and requires very little prep time. What is not to love! It works well on its own, or goes great over steamed rice.
