Kentucky Black BBQ Sauce isn’t a sweet and sticky BBQ sauce like many of the other BBQ sauces used. It is a vinegar based BBQ sauce, and is runny, tangy, salty, and packed with umami. Kentucky Black BBQ Sauce is typically served with mutton or lamb.
Kentucky Black BBQ Sauce can be used as a mop sauce while smoking lamb, to give a depth of flavour to the dish, but I don’t usually mop meat while smoking it. I use it as a sauce while making pulled lamb.
The sauce cuts the fatty taste and gamy flavour nicely of mutton, or lamb. I use this sauce when I am making pulled Lamb. I will pour some over the pulled meat, and then serve a dish of it with the pulled lamb sandwiches as a dipping sauce.

Do you have any type of tips for composing posts? That’s where I constantly
struggle and also I just wind up staring vacant display for long period of time.
All I can suggest is, write about what is on your mind, or what you know about.
I feel your pain though. I will usually take three or four iterations on a recipe, until I get it to where I like, sometimes more. Then I will write up my recipe, and finally, I’ll try to cook it following my recipe to find any missing steps.
It often takes me a month or so, from the initial draft to posting the recipe.
