Keto Whipped Cream
Homemade keto whipped cream is one of the easiest desserts to make, and it jazzes up any of the other keto desserts that you make.

  1. Pour ingredients into the chilled work bowl, and stir to dissolve the sucralose.
  2. Whisk vigorously until stiff peaks form. If using an electric mixer, this may only take one or two minutes. If doing by hand, it may take ten minutes, or more. Do not over beat, or the whipped cream may break.
  3. Store in fridge until ready to serve. Or eat with a spoon.
Recipe Notes

If you like your whipped cream sweeter, you can add more sucralose.  I don’t like mine all that sweet, but you can add up to 4 tablespoons of sucralose and still have a balanced whipped cream.  I find any more than that, and it is overpoweringly sweet.  You can also adjust the vanilla extract to your taste preferences, or use other flavourings, or liqueurs. This is just a starting point, try making it a few times, and let me know what you prefer.
